I spent my childhood being dragged (often unwillingly) through every art exhibition imaginable. My mum, a landscape artist, has lived and breathed art since she could first pick up a pencil. At the time, I found the world of fine art restrictive—I was always drawn to people, movement, and connection. Sitting alone painting all day? Not for me.
But those early years surrounded by artists, compositions, and color theory unknowingly shaped my eye for photography. My background in marketing sharpened my ability to tell a story through imagery, and when combined with my deep-rooted understanding of art, it gave me an effortless ability to create high-end, refined visuals. I see beyond the frame, instinctively composing scenes that feel natural yet elevated. My work isn’t about stiff poses—it’s about capturing something real, something that lingers.
